Well my name is actually Rodrigo, but most of English Speakers call me “Rod” in order to avoid spelling mistakes. I am an Argentinean-bread advertiser who has developed graphic and web design skills through several years working for Sercom (digital design company based in Arg.) and freelance jobs for different clients. I would say, growing up along with Internet, helped me to get into digital world from the beginning of my career.
I am passionate about design in digital era, I love trying to figure out how to convert insights in real projects. Always up to date, learning from current trends and new concepts.
I have been traveling for a while (lived in Australia, Denmark and New Zealand) and although I could not work on my field locally, I could adjust to new cultures, languages, environments, and even jobs…sort of ones that I have never thought I was up to do.
Adjusting to new things is good for anyone’s personal and professional development.
That is why I could become a web designer from a graphic one, adjust my advertiser skills into digital marketing.
As Darwin said, “…the species that survives is the one that is able to adapt to and to adjust best to the changing environment in which it finds itself…”
